On January 17, 2025, I transferred ₺9631 to my Enpara IBAN (TR95**************************36) at midnight, but the amount has yet to appear in my account. It has been over 12 hours, and the issue remains unresolved.

How can such a simple EFT transaction fail in this manner? I trusted the system to process the transfer efficiently, yet I am left waiting with no explanation.

I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and expect Enpara to investigate why such delays occur for a standard transaction. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, and I urge the bank to improve its system to ensure timely transfers for its customers.
