Western Union Deducted ₺10,000 From My Transfer Without Explanation

I transferred €2,000 from Bulgaria to my QNB Finansbank account in Turkey using Western Union. I paid a €14 sending fee and expected the full amount to be converted and deposited. Based on the exchange rate, I should have received around ₺80,000.

Instead, only ₺69,232 showed up in my account—₺10,000 is missing, and no one can explain where it went. Western Union hasn’t provided any clarity, and neither has the bank. This is a serious issue involving a large amount of money.
