Enpara.com Failed to Resolve Issue With Denizbank ATM Miscounting My Deposit

I deposited ₺5300 into my Enpara account through a Denizbank ATM under their shared ATM agreement, but the ATM counted the amount as ₺3100. Despite providing proof of the transaction and explaining the discrepancy, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. When I requested a refund, it returned the money in different denominations. This incident occurred on October 19, and neither Enpara nor Denizbank is addressing the issue. They claim there’s no excess cash in the ATM, while Enpara says they haven’t received a response from Denizbank. I have been left feeling frustrated and helpless due to the lack of accountability from both banks. Is this what banking service should look like? I am dissatisfied with both banks.

You have proposed a brilliant solution by suggesting that we give a 2000 TL advance and take it back if Denizbank does not accept it. The issue is not the 2000 TL; it's that you inform me without any discomfort that you cannot even get a response from Denizbank, with whom you have an agreement and whom I am forced to deal with. Not receiving a response is not my problem. You said joint ATM, I made the transaction, and for three months, you have not been able to resolve my grievance with the bank that gave me incomplete and different banknotes.
