Ajet Deducted SWIFT Fees from My €250 Compensation – Requesting Full Refund

I was supposed to receive €250 in compensation from AJet, but they deducted €18.31 from the payment as a SWIFT fee. Shouldn't A Jet cover this fee? As someone who has been fighting for this compensation for the past three months, it's frustrating that they didn’t transfer the full amount. I feel like I’m being unfairly charged when I’ve already been waiting so long for what I’m owed. I am requesting a full refund of the deducted SWIFT fee, and I want AJet to cover these costs in the future when issuing compensation. This whole process has been unnecessarily difficult, and I expect the company to resolve it promptly.
