AJet Took My Payment but Didn’t Issue a Ticket or PNR
Hello, I’m writing with deep frustration about a serious issue I experienced with AJet. I attempted to purchase a ticket, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. However, I never received a PNR number, and therefore, no ticket was issued.
I immediately contacted AJet’s customer service and explained the situation in detail. To my surprise, they told me they couldn’t open a support case or initiate a refund themselves—that I would need to go through the website. That would be fine, except the website requires a PNR or ticket number to submit a complaint. But I never received either! So how am I supposed to get help?
This contradiction is maddening: I paid for a service, got nothing in return, and now I can’t even report the problem through the only channel available. I've also had to call Turkey multiple times from abroad, which is adding to my cost and stress. When I tried calling AJet’s representative in the Netherlands, the person on the line was sighing and dismissive, despite my calm tone and patience.
I could be spending my very last ₺ trying to buy this ticket—only to be forced to buy another one again. And when I try to rebook, the fare has increased by ₺400-₺500. This is completely unacceptable.
If my issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action through the international travel insurance I purchased from the Netherlands. AJet must refund my money or issue the ticket I paid for. I expect a prompt and fair resolution.
