Honor Magic Lite 8 Screen Shattered on First Drop

I purchased an Honor Magic Lite 8 smartphone through the Hepsiburada website on January 4, 2026, relying in particular on its advertisements emphasizing that the phone was “impact-resistant.” However, the first time the phone was dropped from a very short distance, the glass shattered completely and a large ink-like black spot appeared on the screen. Although the touchscreen is still working, the screen is cracked and the display is severely distorted.

I chose this product because I believed it would be resistant to impacts as advertised. Despite this, the fact that it sustained such severe damage from its very first drop has made me feel that the advertising was highly misleading and has caused me significant disappointment.

I request that Honor and Hepsiburada resolve my issue regarding a product that did not perform as advertised and provide a free screen replacement for my phone.
