Remini Charged $14 for Purchases I Never Made

On August 21, 2026, my Ziraat Bank account was charged three times by Google Remini AI Photo, with each transaction amounting to $5, for a total of $14 in unauthorized charges. I have not used any subscription or made any in-app purchases through the application, yet these amounts were charged to my account.

Although I contacted both Google Remini and the relevant customer service representatives, my inquiries were ended without any explanation, and no solution was provided for my issue. These transactions were made entirely without my knowledge or authorization.

I request that the full $14 charged without my authorization be refunded to my card/account as soon as possible and that the refund also be confirmed to me in writing. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will file complaints with my bank and other relevant official authorities.
