Honor Magic 8 Has Serious Software and Freezing Issues

I have been experiencing software-related issues with my Honor Magic 8 since the very first day I purchased it. For example, I cannot save long names in my contacts, and the phone seems to have a surprisingly restrictive contact system, almost like a phone from 20 years ago. This significantly interferes with my everyday use of the device.

In addition, the screen freezes when I try to perform a title deed search, leaving me unable to complete the process. I also experience similar freezing and lagging issues in several other applications. Encountering these kinds of problems on a newly purchased phone has been extremely disappointing and has made it difficult for me to use the device with confidence.

I request that Honor resolve these software issues, remove the name-length limitation in the contacts, and provide a permanent solution for the applications that are experiencing freezing and performance problems.
