Ajet Unfairly Deducted From My Premium Ticket Refund Despite Cancellation Policy

I cancelled my Istanbul - Basel tickets for 2 people with PNR number 1Q1NF1, more than 24 hours ago, via the AJET application. I had purchased my tickets for ₺11,456.42, especially as a Premium package, but the refunded amount was ₺5993.36. So a deduction of ₺5.463,06 was made. In my conversation with the customer representative, I was informed that there was no mistake in this deduction. Although it was written that only $25 would be deducted for pre-flight cancellations for Premium tickets, a much higher deduction was made than promised. If there will be such a deduction, why should I buy a Premium package, can something so ridiculous happen? I am a person who travels constantly, but if my victimization is not resolved, I will never prefer Ajet again. I demand that my victimization be resolved immediately, otherwise I will force all legal channels.
