AJet Only Refunded Part of My ₺12,491 Ticket Purchase After I Canceled Within 24 Hours

I bought 4 plane tickets using the AJet app and canceled them within a day. I paid a total of ₺12,491.62 for the tickets, but I only got back ₺4,251.02. This situation seems really unfair to me. There's just no good reason for not getting a full refund for tickets that were canceled on such short notice. My ticket PNR numbers are 1PEJDM, 1PEYNQ, 1PEH2R, and 1PEGKT. I would like to ask for a full refund for all my tickets, please. I think I should get the full amount, and I really hope this gets sorted out quickly. It's really disappointing to deal with this kind of situation, and I hope AJet will handle it right by giving a full refund.
