Vodafone Charged Me for Remini Before My Free Trial Ended

I use the Remini app through my Vodafone mobile line, and even though my free trial period had not yet expired, I was charged $5 on my Vodafone bill on September 14, 2026. The subscription screen in the app clearly shows that the Remini Pro Weekly plan was canceled and that the subscription period would expire on September 21. Despite this, I was charged before the free trial period ended.

I absolutely do not accept this charge made while my free trial was still active, and I believe it was an unfair charge. I request that Vodafone remove the $5 charge added to my bill on September 14, 2026, investigate this issue, and provide me with an explanation regarding the charge.
