AJet Charged Me Double to Reschedule My Flight Despite Zero Cancellation Fee

AJet has caused me serious frustration and financial loss over what should have been a simple request to reschedule three tickets. Even though the cancellation fee is listed as ₺0 and the tickets can’t be converted to open status, when I tried to change the date, I was hit with a fare difference that was nearly double the original ticket price.

This is completely unreasonable and feels like a trap. If there’s no cancellation fee and no option to keep the ticket open, then why is rescheduling made so financially punishing? It’s clear that AJet offers no real flexibility or customer support when issues like this arise.

I demand a clear and fair resolution for my April 13 flight. Either allow me to change my ticket at a reasonable rate, or provide a meaningful alternative. I won’t accept being forced to pay exorbitant fees for a change that shouldn’t cost this much.
