Airbnb Host Refuses to Cancel Booking
The host insists that their place is completely booked for the dates I had reserved and requests that I cancel, acknowledging their error. Unfortunately, if I decide to cancel, I won't receive any reimbursement. I requested them to cancel, but they adamantly refused, stating "I am unable to cancel." I reached out to them to cancel, but they are refusing and stating, "It's not my responsibility, I am unable to provide you with the place on that day." I'm having trouble getting in touch with Airbnb customer service. The hotline numbers they provide in their software aren't available in Turkish. We are unable to find a solution to our problem.
