Airbnb Host Refuses to Cancel Booking
The host insists that their place is completely booked for the dates I had reserved and requests that I cancel, acknowle...dging their error. Unfortunately, if I decide to cancel, I won't receive any reimbursement. I requested them to cancel, but they adamantly refused, stating "I am unable to cancel."
