Airbnb Host Refuses to Cancel Reservation Despite Booking Error
As an Airbnb host, they insist that their place is completely booked for the dates I requested for my reservation and request that I cancel, attributing it to an error. But if I cancel, I won't get my money back. I requested for them to cancel, but they responded with, "I am unable to cancel." I reached out to them requesting a cancellation, but they declined, stating, "That's not my problem; I can't accommodate you on that day." I'm having trouble getting in touch with Airbnb customer service. The hotline numbers they provide in their software don't offer support in Turkish. We can't seem to figure out our problem.
I thank Airbnb customer service for their responsible behavior and promptness in resolving issues. It would be great if the brand could have customer representatives who speak Turkish directly.
