Airbnb Host Doesn't Refund Despite No Stay





I needed a place to stay from Saturday to Sunday in the Maltepe, Cevizli area, and booked a home from an Airbnb host named G***** for 1300₺. Before making the reservation, I explicitly mentioned several times that we would be arriving on the night of November 4th and leaving around 12 PM on November 5th. I inquired multiple times if the timings were suitable. The host confirmed, even acknowledging that the property was available. I was assured that a video on the location and key collection process would be sent via WhatsApp. However, no messages arrived the next day, and upon questioning, the host claimed my reservation was for the following day, denying entry on the night we planned to arrive. I pleaded for a refund due to their mismanagement, but the host refused. Airbnb offered a refund only if the host consented, yet the refund was denied. This lack of customer support leaves me heavily dissatisfied and financially impacted. I lodged a complaint, warning others to avoid this unreliable stay.
