Airbnb Host Blocked My Number, and My Refund Hasn't Been Processed

I booked an apartment through Airbnb, but before the reservation was even confirmed, the host blocked my number. I neither stayed at the property nor received my refund. This service has been absolutely frustrating and unacceptable.

When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told by Airbnb, "The money isn't with us; contact your bank." However, my bank confirmed that the funds were already withdrawn. The lack of communication from both the host and Airbnb is appalling. I trusted this platform, yet I’ve been left without a place to stay and no resolution for my refund. I demand that Airbnb resolve this issue immediately and refund my money without further delay.
