Airbnb Canceled My Booking but Still Took the Money and Won’t Refund Me After 15 Days

My reservation was canceled on Airbnb because the host didn’t respond, yet the payment was still withdrawn from my account. As you can see on the receipt, the charge was made by Airbnb, not the host. Since then, I’ve been in contact with customer service for over 15 days, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Airbnb claims the money hasn’t reached them and blames the bank. But I’ve been speaking with my bank for the past 5 days, and they clearly confirmed that the payment went through and was successfully received by Airbnb.
At this point, I’m tired of being passed around. I paid for a service I never received, and no one is taking accountability. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be filing official complaints with the appropriate authorities.
Airbnb, I demand the refund of my ₺ without any further delay. You’ve had more than enough time to sort this out, and your lack of resolution is unacceptable.
