Hello there, our apartment got canceled by the landlord on March 26, and Airbnb started the refund process on April 8. They made sure to let me know that the refund would be deposited into my bank account no later than April 29, if not earlier by April 23. But when I called the bank today, they let me know that they haven't received any refund yet. I no longer have faith in this platform.
