Airbnb Deducted €5 Even Though No Booking Was Completed

When I tried to make a reservation request through Airbnb, no confirmation or completion notification appeared, and the reservation never showed up in my account. I repeated the reservation request several times because I thought there was a technical problem, but none of the requests were successfully completed.

However, despite no reservation being created, approximately €1 was deducted from my account for each request attempt. In total, around €5 was withdrawn from my account even though no booking was finalized and I received no service at all.

In addition to the payment issue, I was unable to find any customer support representative in Türkiye or anyone who could assist me in Turkish. Because of this, I could not properly explain my issue or receive effective support regarding the failed reservation attempts and unauthorized deductions.

I request that the amounts withdrawn from my account without a completed reservation be refunded to me immediately and that the inconvenience and customer grievance I experienced during this process be properly resolved.
