Airbnb Charged My Card but Booking Didn’t Go Through — What to Do
On November 15–16, I attempted to make a booking in Istanbul through Airbnb. However, even though the reservation was never completed, four separate charges of $1 each were withdrawn from my bank card.
I do not have the listing ID or property name, as the reservation process never went through.
I have not yet been able to contact Airbnb customer service. I request that this issue be resolved and that the $4 total charged to my bank card be refunded immediately, as these transactions were made without a confirmed booking.
