Airbnb Charged Me for Two Bookings on the Same Day Due to Late Processing
Hello, I experienced an issue on Airbnb where, due to a delayed payment processing error, I ended up booking two separate accommodations for the same day. This mistake was entirely caused by Airbnb’s system, yet I have not received any refund.
How can Airbnb justify withdrawing payment for two properties simultaneously? I only stayed at one, so why should I pay for both? This is highly frustrating and unfair. Despite contacting customer service, I haven’t received a resolution. I demand an immediate refund for the property I didn’t stay in and an explanation for how such a system error occurred. Airbnb needs to address this issue promptly and ensure it doesn’t happen to others.
