I'm Demanding a Refund After Airalo's Promised Connection Kept Failing
I use a Vodafone line in Turkey, and for my internet needs abroad, I chose to use the Airalo app. On June 24th, while I was in Italy, both my and my spouse's internet suddenly cut out, and we were unable to access the internet for almost the entire day. The connection would only come back for very brief periods, at roughly 10-minute intervals, before cutting out again.
During the moments in the day when I could connect to Wi-Fi, I reached out to Airalo's support line and explained the situation, but no solution was offered, and our problem was never resolved. The convenience and uninterrupted internet service promised in the app's marketing unfortunately didn't match reality, and the hardship we experienced seriously disrupted both our communication and our plans.
To prevent others from experiencing what we did, I am requesting that this issue be thoroughly investigated, that the necessary improvements be made regarding the quality of service provided, and that we be refunded for the service we paid for but were unable to use.
