I Bought Airalo Cyprus eSIM but It Stopped Working After 15 Minutes

I purchased an Airalo eSIM specifically for my trip to Cyprus, expecting smooth connectivity. However, as soon as I landed and turned it on, the internet only worked for about 15 minutes. After that, the service completely cut out. The eSIM is still installed and showing up on my phone, but I keep getting a “No Service” message—absolutely no data, no connection.

I immediately contacted Airalo’s WhatsApp support, hoping for a quick fix. They responded and checked all my settings, which they confirmed were correct. Still, they couldn’t resolve anything. I wasted an entire day without internet while waiting for a solution that never came.

This was supposed to be a reliable travel eSIM, but instead, it left me completely disconnected in a foreign country. I asked for a refund because I never got the service I paid for. Airalo needs to take responsibility and provide proper customer support. I won’t be using their service again unless they make this right.
