Airalo 1GB Plan Not Working in Italy – No Support or Resolution Provided

I’m currently in Italy, and since arriving yesterday, my Airalo internet has not worked. I purchased a 7-day, 1GB data-only package, but it won’t connect to any operators. The plan shows as loaded, but despite trying everything to activate it, it remains nonfunctional. I contacted support, but all I’ve received are automated responses with no real solution. It feels like I’ll have to wait until my vacation ends to get a proper reply. Thankfully, I only bought a small package to test the service. If I had trusted Airalo with a larger payment, it would have been a complete waste. This company must resolve the issue and improve their customer support immediately. My vacation experience has been ruined.
