I Paid for Airalo eSIM for Switzerland but It Never Worked or Connected
I purchased an eSIM from Airalo to use during my trip to Switzerland, expecting seamless connectivity. Unfortunately, despite following all setup instructions and seeing everything appear normal on my phone, the eSIM never provided any internet access. It showed signal bars, but there was absolutely no data connection—I couldn’t load a single page or use any apps.
Even more frustrating, I couldn't reach any form of customer support to troubleshoot the issue. There was no response through the app, no live help, and no way to escalate the situation. I ended up paying for a service that I couldn’t use at all.
I am requesting a full refund for the non-functioning eSIM and expect Airalo to take accountability. I also urge the company to improve both their network performance and customer support accessibility, especially for travelers relying on timely service.
