I Bought Airalo eSIM for Cyprus but Got No Signal or Internet Anywhere
I purchased an Airalo eSIM for use in Cyprus, expecting to stay connected throughout my trip. Despite activating the eSIM properly and ensuring that all international roaming settings were turned on, the internet never worked—not even once. My friend, who also bought the same 15-day Airalo plan, had the exact same issue.
We both experienced zero connectivity everywhere we went in Cyprus. The eSIM showed it was active, but there was absolutely no signal, no data, and no access to the internet. It felt like we had completely wasted our money on something that didn’t function at all.
This situation left us totally stranded without internet during our trip, and it caused serious inconvenience. Airalo should either fix these service issues immediately or refund customers who receive no service. I do not recommend this product based on our terrible experience.
