Airalo eSIM Stopped Working During My Germany Trip

On February 26, 2026, I purchased a 10 GB / 7-day eSIM package for Germany through Airalo for $15. I was able to use the package on the day I purchased it while in Germany. However, during February 27, February 28, and March 1, the connection completely stopped working and I was unable to use the line at all for the remainder of my stay.

During this period, I tried all basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting my phone, checking network and connection settings, and attempting to reconnect the line, but nothing solved the problem and I could not access the internet. I was also unable to communicate with support through the application, meaning I could not receive any assistance while actively experiencing the issue. As a result, I was unable to benefit from the service I purchased during most of my time in Germany, and I have now already returned to Türkiye.

Since I could not receive the service during the majority of the package period apart from the first day of use, I request a refund of the $15 I paid. I also ask that the connection problems I experienced and the lack of accessible support be taken into consideration and that a fair resolution be provided regarding this matter.
