I Bought the Airalo South Asia Package but It Won’t Activate and Need a New eSIM
I am extremely frustrated with my experience using Airalo. I purchased the South Asia package and followed every single instruction carefully to activate it. I even tried the additional troubleshooting steps suggested by the live support bot, such as turning airplane mode on and off and restarting my phone — but none of it worked.
Despite doing everything correctly, the eSIM still refuses to activate, leaving me without service when I need it most. I am now requesting a new eSIM to be issued immediately. Customers should not have to struggle like this after paying for a service that is supposed to work seamlessly.
I demand that Airalo take this issue seriously and provide a working replacement eSIM without any further delay. Please resolve this urgently!
