I Activated My Airalo eSIM But It Doesn’t Work
I purchased an Airalo eSIM and followed every single instruction they provided. They listed three different setup alternatives—I carefully tried all of them. Not one of them worked. My eSIM never connected to any network, and I was left without service the entire time. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated.
To make matters worse, whenever I try to reach out for support, I’m automatically redirected to a chatbot. There’s no real person to talk to, no proper customer service, and no clear path to resolution. It feels like I’ve been completely abandoned after paying for a service that didn’t work from the start.
I didn’t even get the chance to use it. I see many others are having the exact same issue, so clearly this is not a one-off problem. I planned to use Airalo regularly, but now I can’t trust it. I demand a replacement eSIM or a full refund immediately. Airalo, you need to fix this issue and stop hiding behind automated responses.
