I Bought an Airalo eSIM for Northern Cyprus but It Won’t Activate and Support Is Useless

I am extremely frustrated with Airalo. I purchased a package specifically for Northern Cyprus, but no matter what I tried, the eSIM never activated. It’s a complete waste of money and an incredibly disappointing experience.
I reached out for help through WhatsApp and through the app’s support feature, but all I received were automated bot responses. No real support, no real solutions — just meaningless replies that show no respect for customers. It feels like Airalo is mocking users rather than helping them.
Enough is enough. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate if they can’t deliver what they promise. I demand a full refund for the service that was never provided. I will continue to escalate my complaint through every platform available until this issue is taken seriously and resolved properly. Airalo, stop treating your users like fools!

I bought a package for Cyprus from the Airalo app, but it was a disaster. I went there and the line never came, it never worked. I tried to contact customer service but couldn't get through, they put a robot there that just types, it's like a joke. I asked for a refund, but even after hours of trying to reach customer service, I couldn't get through. Then they said I would get a refund, but it's been a month and a half and they still haven't done it. They didn't cancel the package or give my money back, and I was left there without a phone. It's honestly like a joke.
