Airalo South Asia Package Not Working
I recently bought a South Asia package from Airalo, but sadly, it hasn't functioned at all since I activated it. I diligently adhered to all the instructions provided via the Live Chatbot—activating airplane mode, restarting the phone, and then deactivating airplane mode again—repeatedly. Unfortunately, there has been no progress at all. I believe the settings are accurate on my side, and the issue isn't a result of any mistake on my part. I anticipated a smooth experience, particularly after following all the recommendations, yet here I am without the service I purchased. I’ve requested a renewal or at least a solution, but up to now, nothing has been addressed. I feel disappointed and wish I hadn't relied on the service. I would really value a thoughtful reply and effective service.
