If your Airalo eSIM says "already installed," that means the profile is already on your device and can't be used on another one.
Most eSIMs can only be used once, so you'll need to delete the current profile from your phone's settings before you try to install it again.
Apple iOS users should go to Settings > Cellular > eSIMs, pick out the Airalo card, and then delete it.
To delete your Airalo eSIM on an Android phone, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network, tap it, and then delete it.
Once you're done, go back to the Airalo app and find My eSIMs. Then, tap Install eSIM/Resume Installation to make a new QR code or set up scheduled installation.
❗ If the profile still won’t reinstall, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
