Airalo eSIM Not Connecting in Düsseldorf – Works in Munich but No Internet

I purchased a 1-year Global Airalo eSIM, and while it worked fine in Munich, it won’t connect to the internet in Düsseldorf. Despite following all the setup instructions, the network is detected, but there’s no internet access. Everything appears active, yet I can’t use 4G or 5G—it only shows "E" (Edge) with no working connection.

I expected reliable service, especially after purchasing a long-term plan, but now I am stuck without internet in Düsseldorf.

Airalo, fix this issue immediately! I need a solution so I can use the data I paid for. If there’s a workaround, provide clear instructions. This needs to be resolved now!
