I Bought Airalo eSIM for France but It Never Worked

Hello. On May 11, 2025, I purchased a 2GB Airalo eSIM package for France for $6. My spouse bought the exact same package as well. Today, after arriving in France, we spent hours trying to get the internet working on both of our devices. Unfortunately, despite following all the setup steps, the eSIM simply does not function. We have no internet access at all.

Thinking maybe the package hadn’t loaded correctly, we even bought an additional 1GB package for ₺4.5 on my spouse’s phone. Still nothing. This is incredibly frustrating—especially while traveling when reliable internet is essential.

We urgently need this issue resolved or we expect a full refund. Please respond immediately and don’t ignore this. Airalo should not charge customers for services that never work.
