I Activated My Airalo eSIM but Mobile Data Won’t Work After Arrival

I purchased an eSIM via the Airalo app, followed all the setup instructions, and completed the installation successfully before traveling. Everything appeared fine during the initial setup, and I made sure to activate the eSIM as soon as I arrived in my destination country. However, despite the signal showing full bars and even indicating a 5G connection, the mobile data simply doesn’t work.

I’ve attempted to troubleshoot the issue several times, including trying to reactivate using the QR code provided, but I keep getting a “Try Again” error. There is no usable internet connection at all. This left me completely disconnected when I needed mobile access the most after landing.

I need Airalo to urgently look into this connectivity failure, issue either a working replacement eSIM or a full refund, and provide clearer technical support for cases like this. No customer should be left stranded abroad with no internet despite paying for the service.
