Airalo Charged Me for a 2GB Plan but Provided No Service

During my trip to Greece, I trusted Airalo instead of using my regular mobile operator. I purchased a 2GB data package for $9, and the payment was successfully deducted from my credit card. However, despite the charge, I never received any service!
I was left without internet access, which was extremely frustrating during my travels. What kind of service is this? If a company charges for a product, it should actually provide it!
I demand an immediate refund since I paid for something I never received. Airalo, fix this now! If you cannot deliver the service, you should not be taking payments from customers. I expect a prompt resolution!
