I Paid for Airalo Cyprus eSIM but Got No Internet and No Refund
I purchased an Airalo eSIM plan to use mobile data in Northern Cyprus, paying ₺17 for 10 GB. I followed all the setup instructions exactly as provided, step-by-step, and double-checked the configuration. Despite doing everything correctly, the eSIM never worked—not even once. I received absolutely no internet access throughout my entire trip.
Feeling extremely disappointed, I contacted Airalo and immediately requested a refund. However, I still haven’t received any money back, and there’s been no real resolution or meaningful support from their end. I feel completely let down after trusting this service based on its promises of convenience and reliability.
Airalo needs to either deliver the service people pay for or process refunds promptly when it fails. I won't be recommending this to anyone unless they fix this and show accountability.
