I Bought Airalo 3GB for Üsküp but Got No Internet

Hi there. On May 10th, I purchased a 3GB Airalo data plan to use during my trip to Üsküp. I followed every single instruction step-by-step and activated everything exactly as directed. But despite all that, I was never able to access the internet—not even once.
I contacted customer support hoping they would fix it, but even after that interaction, nothing changed. Instead of solving the problem or refunding my payment, they gave me a ₺3 in-app credit. Seriously? What am I supposed to do with ₺3 when I paid for a full 3GB data plan I couldn’t use?
I am incredibly frustrated. I didn't get the service I paid for, and I expect a full refund. I don’t want credit—I want my money back immediately.
