On 21.07.2025, my AJet flight VF3037 from Antalya → Istanbul SAW (PNR: 2QYJ47) was canceled via SMS at 09:43 on the day of the flight, despite the fact that I had already completed check-in. I was traveling with a 1-year-old baby and a 9-year-old child. We had already checked out of the hotel and arranged our transfer. AJet did not provide any solution and directed me to UcuzaBilet. UcuzaBilet informed me that there were no available seats on AJet and that the only option was a refund. Therefore, I had no choice but to purchase a new ticket from Pegasus on the same day. Financial details: Original ticket: 18,861 TRY AJet refund: 8,710.73 TRY New ticket (Pegasus): 17,346 TRY Total loss: 7,195 TRY Due to this cancellation, I suffered a financial loss and experienced significant difficulties while traveling with children. I request a refund of the price difference.
