Air Serbia Canceled My Flight and Ignored My Refund Request
Our Ankara-Belgrade flight dated 10.12.2024, number ******* PNR, was canceled without our knowledge. Since the date is approaching, it is impossible for us to find one-way tickets for the same price. And at the same time, the flight day and time of our Belgrade-Ankara return tickets were changed without our knowledge. There's no way we can travel like this. For this reason, I sent an e-mail to [email protected] twice. I requested a full refund for our tickets (round trip). I stated that we did not want to use the coupon assigned to our account. However, I have not received a response for 2 weeks. I request a call back immediately, but I have not received a call back for 2 weeks. Our entire New Year's Eve program has been affected as we cannot get a refund for tickets. Unfortunately, I can't find anyone whom I should write to or talk to. I urgently await your support on this matter. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this and how I can solve it?
