Urgent Refund Request for Changed Flight Booking from Sabiha Gökçen to Jeddah
I booked a non-stop flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Jeddah for four people through Tickets.com.tr for September 27, 2024, at 15:15. We made the purchase in two separate payments for the group of four. Without any prior email notification, the flight time was changed, and now we’re being rerouted with a stopover. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund, but it’s been 30 days, and I haven’t received any response. Tickets.com.tr sold the ticket but isn’t standing behind it, and Flynas hasn’t responded either. I am extremely disappointed with both brands and will pursue all my rights in court. With one month left until the flight, if I don’t receive a response or refund, I will escalate this to the Human Rights Court. We bought tickets for four people on the same flight, but only two tickets were rerouted through another airport!
Refund my money immediately! This needs to be resolved urgently!

The tickets for the reservation with the number 712KCP6E were refunded on 29.08.2024. There is no refund request for the reservation with the number 8LEUG5UT.
