Air Arabia Damaged My Suitcase and Denied Compensation
On December 6, 2023, I booked a flight to Casablanca with Air Arabia, flight number 30438, departing at 00:20 with reservation (PNR) number 84458598. After my flight, when I received my luggage, I observed that the wheels on my suitcase were damaged. I attempted to explain the problem to a nearby staff member and request that they fill out a form, but they dismissively informed me that no one was available and directed me to apply online.
When I contacted Air Arabia via their website and customer service, they wanted the form from me, indicating that they could not help me otherwise. As a result, during my tourist trip to Morocco, I was forced to buy a new suitcase and incur additional fees because I couldn't locate someone to handle my issues in a strange country. I want reimbursement for the losses incurred.
