Air Arabia Delivered My Suitcase Broken — No Help at Istanbul Airport

On my Air Arabia flight from Sharjah (departure at 20:50) to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (arrival at 00:20), my checked suitcase was delivered to me completely broken. When I tried to report the damage at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, there was no staff from Çelebi Ground Services, the company responsible for handling such issues, available at their desk.
I called Air Arabia Customer Service immediately, but since it was outside business hours, I couldn’t reach anyone. I ended up waiting at the airport for about two hours, completely without assistance.
I have photos showing the broken condition of my luggage. When I later contacted Air Arabia via email, they asked me to provide a baggage damage report from the airport. However, since no staff were available at that time to issue it, I couldn’t obtain one — and despite explaining this, I have not received any response from the airline.
For this flight, booked under ticket number 5142*******53, I request compensation for the damaged suitcase and for the distress and inconvenience I experienced at the airport. I also demand that my broken luggage be replaced as soon as possible.
