Air Arabia Broke My Luggage—Need Urgent Compensation
On February 1, I flew with Air Arabia from Istanbul to Sharjah Airport, then transferred to Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, when I received my luggage, it was damaged and broken!
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a long journey where I need my belongings to remain intact. Airlines should handle passengers' luggage with care, yet mine was returned in terrible condition.
I expect Air Arabia to take responsibility and provide compensation for the damage. Fix this now! Passengers shouldn’t have to worry about their luggage being mishandled when flying with your airline. I need a response immediately!
