Air Arabia Damaged My Suitcase Beyond Repair

After my Air Arabia flight No. 30437 on July 13, 2026, I collected my checked baggage at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport and discovered that my suitcase had been severely damaged. One of the wheels was broken, the body of the suitcase had multiple dents, and the carrying strap had been completely torn off.
As soon as I noticed the damage, I reported it to the airport staff and completed a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) documenting the condition of my luggage. After inspecting the suitcase more closely, I found that the wheel assembly and the mounting points had been damaged so severely that the wheel could not be reattached or repaired. The structural damage makes the suitcase beyond repair.
Because the suitcase is no longer repairable, I request that Air Arabia replace it with a new suitcase of comparable quality and value as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter and reimbursement in accordance with the airline's baggage damage policy if a replacement cannot be provided.
