I Face Air Arabia Breaking My Trolley Bag On AUH To CCJ Flight

My name is Shebeeb Mahloof, and I traveled on April 3, 2026, on Air Arabia flight 3L 200 from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Calicut (CCJ).

When I collected my baggage upon arrival, I noticed that the side of my trolley bag was broken. The bag was in good condition when I handed it over at check-in, and the damage clearly occurred during handling during this flight.

Unfortunately, I did not file a damage report at the airport at that time, but I am now formally reporting this issue. My booking reference for this journey is 10W189.

I kindly request that Air Arabia compensate me for this damage, either by providing a replacement trolley bag of similar quality or by reimbursing the value of the damaged bag. I ask that my case be reviewed and that I be informed about the solution you can offer.
