Air Arabia Lost Luggage, They Lost My Suitcase

I flew from Istanbul to Abu Dhabi with Air Arabia Airlines company on September 3, 2023. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I realized that my luggage was lost. I reported the situation to the Air Arabia staff at the airport and had a lost baggage report. You can find the image of my report number in the attachment. Air Arabia officials told me that they would work to find my luggage and inform me. However, I have not received any news about the fate of my luggage for a week. When I called Air Arabia’s customer service number, they told me that my luggage was lost and that they would pay me 340 US dollars in compensation, one of my shoes is worth more than 400 dollars I told them that I did not accept this amount, because the value of the items in my luggage was much higher. In my luggage, there were clothes, shoes, items, and souvenirs that I brought to my family, worth about 7 thousand dollars. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I had to make clothing expenses and transportation expenses that I did not need, I went for a week and my entire program was disrupted due to the loss so I had to extend it for another week, there was no Air Arabia office that was interested or informed, they hung up the phone saying they were being followed, they were completely indifferent, I was very worn out psychologically due to the problems I have been experiencing for 20 days. In this case, I am complaining about Air Arabia Airlines company. I suffered both material and moral damage due to the loss of my luggage. During the time I stayed in Dubai, I had to buy new clothes and items. Also, the items in my luggage had sentimental value. Therefore, I demand that Air Arabia pay me 7 thousand dollars in compensation and that the necessary procedures be done on this matter. Sincerely,
