Air Albania Flight ZB 1022 From Adana to Tirana Delayed 2.5 Hours With No Updates
On August 18, 2025, I experienced a serious issue with Air Albania on flight ZB 1022 from Adana to Tirana. The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 04:25, but instead it was delayed by 2.5 hours, only taking off at 06:55. Throughout this entire delay, no announcements, explanations, or updates were provided to passengers at the airport.
Because of this delay, the tour program I had joined was disrupted, and I was unable to follow the planned itinerary, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Passengers deserve proper communication and accountability during such situations, yet Air Albania provided neither.
I expect at the very least a formal apology and a clear explanation for the disruption. More importantly, Air Albania should take the necessary steps to improve its operations and customer service so that delays like this do not continue to cause unnecessary inconvenience to travelers.
