Air Albania Flight ZB 1018 Delayed Twice Causing Missed Tour and No Support
On Saturday, August 16, I experienced a 3.5-hour delay on Air Albania flight ZB 1018 from Ankara to Tirana. On my return flight, Saturday, August 23, there was yet another 3-hour delay. On both occasions, no proper announcements, updates, or support were provided by Air Albania staff.
The first delay on August 16 caused me to miss a scheduled tour activity that was part of my package trip, since the excursion was planned after 16:00 and I was unable to arrive in time. The return flight delay created a similar situation, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced once again.
I contacted Air Albania customer service by email to explain my situation, but I have still not received any response. My ticket was purchased through the travel agency Tatil Pasajı, but they have no responsibility for the delays, which were entirely under Air Albania’s control.
Because of these serious delays and the losses I experienced, I am demanding compensation or a full ticket refund. Air Albania must urgently review this case, respond to my complaint, and take responsibility for the disruption and inconvenience caused to its passengers.
